Be-You-{Tiful}!

Today I have one of the August Class creations! Each month I host a class where we create 2-3 cards and one project. I have a blast planning the event and getting the chance to teach others how to use our wonderful products and to share techniques and ideas!

For this card I taught my class how to create their own ink pad for their solid stamps by using Baby Wipes!I haven't used this technique in a long time, but we had a blast with it! It only works well with solid stamps, and the design is so much fun! I love how this card turned out and the Flower Shop Bundle was the perfect stamp set and matching dies to use to show how neat this technique could be!

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you stop by again soon! Have a wonderful day! If you would like to receive my newsletter and keep up on all the Stampin' Jackie news and updates please email me at jackie.diediker @ gmail.com. Order today at Stampin' Jackie Shop!

A Bit of Holiday Fun!

With the release of the Holiday Catalog I hosted an Open House at a local pizza place in town and we created three projects! Each project featured some of my favorite new items in the Holiday Catalog plus we had giveaways and lots of fun. Today I thought I would share with you the two other projects I haven't posted yet.
First up is this fun and quick card using the Merry Everything Clear Stamp Bundle (I love Bundles!). I paired this stamp set with the new Paper Stack called Time the Tree Designer Series Paper Stack. I love all the different patterns in our Designer Series Paper Stack and this one is no different, it rocks! I also used some of our Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon to give it some flair!

For my second card we created a fun note card using the wonderful Good Greetings Stamp Set and the Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper. I simply love the Halloween items this year, they are all so unique and I just can't get over this Designer Series Paper, you will continue to see me use it! The pairing of these two work so well together, but remember the Good Greetings Stamp set is only available to customers who Host an event that reaches $300 in sales!

I do hope you like what I had to share today, I had so much fun working with this sketch! Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you stop by again soon! Have a wonderful day!

Stampin' Pretty Pals - The Holidays are Here Again Blog Hop!

Welcome to the September Pals Blog Hop. This month we are showing off our favorite new products from the new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. We hope you enjoy our projects we have so many amazing creations to share with you, so kick back and enjoy!

You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from Blog #10 - Patti MacLeith at Papercrafts by Patti on the Pals Hop. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.
For my creation today I had such a hard time deciding what to create. I mean selecting items to use from the new Holiday Catalog sounds easy enough, but when you sit down and think of the possibilities there are just too many to pick from! I finally decided on the Wonderous Wreath Bundle to be the focus of my project. I paired this lovely stamp set with Cherry Cobbler, Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, and Mossy Meadow. I simply love how these colors worked so nicely together. I did stamp off the Pear Pizzazz so there was a big tone difference between the Pear Pizzazz and the Mossy Meadow.

The next stop is Blog #12 - Shannon Jaramillo at www.EZPeasyCards.com on the Pals Blog Hop! Thanks for visiting and  I hope to see you next month.

Pals Paper Arts Challenge #218 - Color Challenge!

I got the chance to play along with the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #218 - Color Challenge. Each week the Pals Paper Arts team creates fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in! This weeks challenge is a color challenge!
I am using the pretty new stamp set from the Holiday Catalog For All Things, which I am having so much fun playing with! I used the paper from the Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack which has so many print using these three colors. This card took a bit for me to decide on since there were so many patterns to work with and I thought the end result would be too much, but I love how this card turned out. I really enjoy the layout I came up with as well. In fact, you may be seeing me try this layout again for additional creations to come.

I do hope you like what I had to share today, I had so much fun working with this sketch! Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you stop by again soon! Have a wonderful day!
